Period of Hire:
Booking is normally Saturday to Saturday. Commencing 3pm on the first day of booking until 10am on the day of departure.
Holiday Home Booking Procedure:
Holiday Homes must be booked using a booking form, stating
type and any optional extra equipment. A deposit
of 100 (+ 10 cancellation scheme fee) per week
is required at the time of booking - the balance
of the hire is payable 6 weeks before arrival
date. For fast booking telephone us (anytime)
with a credit card or we can reserve your caravan
for 7 days to give you time to send us the deposit
and completed booking form. Booking forms are

Short Break Holidays:
3 or 4 night breaks available (excluding high season). Enjoy a 3 night weekend break (Fri/Sat/Sun) or a midweek 4 night break (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs). Short break bookings not accepted more than 4 weeks in advance.
Cancellation:
We operate an optional Holiday Cancellation

Leisure Club Facilities:
(at small extra charge) Want to splash out ? Swimming, sauna, solarium, squash, badminton, bowls, tennis, windsurfing have been arranged at a local private leisure club.
Kids Corner : Did You Know?
Red deer are red-coloured in summer. This changes to greyish brown in winter. Stags are easily identified by their large antlers.
Deer can be easily spotted in the surrounding Queen Elizabeth
Forest Park.
